Numbers on Mac didn't synch with iPhone or MacBook

I have a Mac at home and a MacBook in my apartment in a different city. I just opened Numbers on the MacBook it hasn't synched with my Mac for a month. I looked at my phone and that hasn't synched for a month either. Any thoughts?

The Numbers documents need to be saved in iCloud Drive. And both devices need to be signed into the same iCloud account.

Sync a Numbers spreadsheet across devices - Apple Support

Change which apps sync and store data with iCloud - Apple Support

If you are already doing that, have double-checked your settings, and the syncing still does not occur, then you might try restarting both devices and signing out of iCloud and then back in again on both devices.

Also make sure you have updated your OS on both devices.
