I can’t download Facebook on my iPhone 5s

The latest version of their app now requires iOS 13.4 or later. The developer may choose to not support prior versions of their app anymore. That is up to them.

iOS 13.x is available for iPhone 6s or later, not earlier models.

You may need a newer model phone if this app is important to you.

That was a decision Facebook made to not support older devices.
