Since the last update this morning I cannot change my wallpaper on my iMac. It shows the picture in Settings under both Display and Wallpaper but not on the actual desktop. I have not changed the location of the picture or the folder.

You could try right clicking on the desired image and choose "Set Desktop Picture" from "Services".
Hi Tiff, had the same issue!
Take a look at the format of the picture, it seems that your wallpaper needs to be a jpeg.
I've tried that and it doesn't do anything. Hopefully it's a bug in the update and will be corrected. Thank you for the reply!
