how can i get all of my saved music playlists and library back?

this is what i’m going through now i renewed my subscription after a month or two and none of my playlists are there anymore i tried to sign out and turn off sync music in the settings to see if they would reload once i turned it back on. well they didn’t and this has never happened before my music always sync back every time i renew my subscription after not having it for a month or two. i didn’t change my Apple ID or anything but i can’t get my playlists back. but what’s strange is i have this android tablet that i was also signed into apple music on and when i turned it on and click the apple music app all of my playlists are still on that device. even the new playlists that i’m adding to my iphone are loading automatically to the android tablet so i’m super confused because i can clearly see all my playlists on the tablet but i can’t recover them on my iphone apple music app. i don’t know what to do.

A lapse in payment and a change of Apple ID are both good reasons not to get your Library back. There is only a short grace period between subs whereby a Library is retained – and a new Apple ID is not linked to the old one.

Music in Files app cannot be added to the Music app.
