Child stuck in a family sharing plan organizer is deceased
My son is stuck in a family sharing plan where the organizer is deceased and there is no access to her phone or Apple ID and password. How can I add him to a new family?

He did have screen time turned on and is 13 but the family organizer is deceased and we do not have any access to her account or phone. Any other help out there?

Hey there and welcome to Apple Support Communities Jacqueline1213,
We can certainly understand your concern and can help provide some insight.
We recommend checking out these steps for more information on how to remove yourself from Family Sharing.
" Remove yourself from a family group
Any family member age 13 or older* can remove themselves from a family group. If you have Screen Time turned on for your account, the family organizer must remove you.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
On your Mac
In macOS Ventura or later:
In macOS Monterey or earlier:
When you leave Family Sharing, you lose access to any shared purchases or services shared by the family group. "

These steps will help guide you in process and can help answer common questions like the ones you’re experiencing.
Kindest regards!
Hi Jacqueline1213,
In this case, it may be best for the family to gain access to the family organizer's account. Apple has a process in place for this, and you can find information about that here:
How to request access to a deceased family member's Apple account
