phone not connecting to mobile data/calls

Hi, my iPhone won’t connect to mobile data. I can’t receive calls including the call from Apple support that’s been offered to me. Some issue with the update not fully working?

I see you're referring to your iPhone 7. Start by following the instructions at If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If that doesn't work it may be related to iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues - Apple Support
