I have Apple care and I'm charged an access fee for the repair. WHY?

Arguing with other end users is not helpful; we have nothing to do with Apple's policies and Apple publishes its fees (or repair copays) and we do not know if it is a hardware and/or software problem.
You are not addressing Apple here.
AppleCare charges a fixed fee for whatever damage you may have. But, you’re not paying the full price of the repair.

That was Apple decision and the fix was apparently a physical one.
