I need more storage on my phone even can’t update app anymore?

Hello,
You'll need to free up local storage by deleting obsolete content and data. See this:
How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Note: deleted photos are not necessarily deleted from the phone. You may have to go to Photos > Albums > Recently Deleted and delete them from there to truly free up storage.
Then restart your phone.
