The subtitle controls don't appear on my Apple TV screen.
I;m trying to waatch an Apple TV program which is mostly in French but the subtitle controls don't appear on my screen, so I can't select english.

Getting Subtitles:
If this program does not have subtitle showing, then it is just not an option. So, try the Accessibility menu...
- Go Here: Change Subtitles or Languages for Videos in the Apple TV app or iTunes Store - Apple Support
- Scroll to: If you don't see subtitles or language options
- Proceed from there as necessary.
