Hotspot keep turning off

This is horrible. Disgusting from Apple.I was travelling with my wife and we bought one SIM card, so I wanted to be sure my hotspot is always on, is just impossible with iPhone. Disconnecting after not using it for maybe 2 min and there is not an option to choose if you want to disconnect after certain time or not.. If I want to be on should be on until I choose to set it off.. simple as that. Lack of options on hotspot.. And I did not say yet the fact that if I want to use it I need my Wi-Fi on and Bluetooth on but not connected. Same with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.. every day goes on but if I set it off I want it off, right? If I want it on I will set it myself.. just disgusting..

Despite your attempts at various methods, you have yet to explore the crucial step of utilizing the SIM card from your iPhone 14 in alternative devices. This is because the functionality of a Hotspot is contingent upon the carrier rather than the specific device in use.

Please see the pic below to make it clearer that Hotspot is enabled by a Carrier on one SIM and not by the other Carrier in the same iPhone (Dual SIM).

Use these steps first

Restart the iPhone or iPad that provides Personal Hotspot and the other device that needs to connect to Personal Hotspot. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS. On the iPhone or iPad that provides Personal Hotspot, go to Settings > General > Reset, then tap Reset Network Settings.

If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi

Also, check the following

  1. Network coverage and stability
  2. Data Balance
  3. On your windows (See if WiFi Auto Joins is enabled)
  4. Also, check if you have any stronger WiFi signal around your computer.

Ask the Carrier to change the SIM if nothing works.

In all honesty, why do people like you exist?

If you're not going to provide any valuable advice then just stay quiet and find something better to do with your life.

This is very obviously a very specific iphone flaw which 100,000s of thousands to millions of customers have always complained about with iPhone devices and nothing to do with the carrier. If you need to respond to anything just to sound clever and feel better about yourself, atleast come up with something other than turn your phone off and on.
