I'm having trouble updating to iOS 16.5

I have problem in installing the last iso 16.5 there is a massage unable to install update . An error occurred during installing 16.5

and: If your iPhone or iPad won't update - Apple Support

Try updating over high bandwidth Wi-Fi, if you tried cellular.

Try updating through a tethered computer, if you tried over Wi-Fi.
