Anime: No original Japanese Audio

I've been wanting to purchase my favourite anime for a while now, however every time I come onto iTunes to look at purchasing it, the ORIGINAL Japanese audio is still not available. Why does Apple refuse to sell the content with the original audio settings? There are definitely multiple languages available as I have watched it in both on streaming platforms.

Please do not give me a canned response about "how to change the subtitle and audio settings" like you have on literally every other thread I've seen regarding this matter. I'm not an idiot, I know how to do that. My problem is that apple have not made the Japanese audio available AT ALL. It's incredibly frustrating.
