Automatically keep all iCloud pohotos on Mac

I want my Mac to stay connected to iCloud AND I want to keep All photos on my Mac even if I delete them in iCloud or any ios device.

MacBook Pro 15″, OS X 10.10

iCloud is a synchronization service. Whatever you do to an image on a connected device reflects everywhere. Deleting a picture on your phone will also delete it from your Mac
