Billing problem

I was trying to update free app on my iphone, but appstore asked for billing info, as the card that I had put already did not have enough funds. after a while I updated this app as there was funds on my card, but this app is free and apple still charged me with 32.46 dollars. I

cannot find this perchuse in billing history. I cannot find any support. what can I do? I tried to search also my region but it is not listed in some sections. please help!!!
