just to add more space in iCloud storage but my country is not on list of countries allow to get this service. Can you please advise ?

You are correct that it is not available in the DRC as outlined at iCloud+ plans and pricing - Apple Support. So you will be unable to increase iCloud storage. You can elect to sync your iPhone with a computer to move things such as photos in order to help save space, which is outlined at Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support.
