Why can’t I watch a show I purchased?

Last night I purchased season 2 of Rise of the TMNT and watched the first episode just fine. This morning I tried to watch the second episode of the season and it gave me the same purchase options as last night. I was able to watch the first episode but it said I had to pay for the rest of season 2… which I already did. With $20. Why??

if it was me then I would reportaproblem.apple.com

and maybe

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

and maybe reach out to their support

Get Support (apple.com)

And or

Contact - Official Apple Support
