After updating to 16.5 on iPhone 13 at the end of a call, when the other person hangs up, sometimes the phone makes a loud 3 beep sound from speakers. Is there a way to disable it? I don’t want all the room to hear when i end a call!

Mine still has not fixed unfortunately. Even after 16.5.1 update
This has been happening to me too (iPhone 12 Pro Max). It’s super annoying and I really do hope it’s fixed soon. Happens every time on an audio/voice call.
Normal cellural call.
