I'm having trouble formatting my new drive. It's an 18tb drive and I'm trying to format it to MAC os extended journaled in disck utility but it's saying it only has a capacity of 408.02gb. any tips on how to solve this. It's not the drive because I already tried two of them.

I've been able of find a Seagate 8TB Ironwood drive but not an 18TB drive. The are all listed for internal use or NAS use.
Where did you purchase it?
What's the model no. and Manufacture that's on the drive?
What enclosure is it in?
Is it in a RAID enclousre?
Have you contacted Seagate Customer Support or SAGE Customer Support about it? What did they say?
