Screen time password

I forgot my screen time password. After I click “change screen time password” there is no “forgot password?” Button

Do as instructed in this support article If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support

"Tap Change Screen Time Passcode, then tap Change Screen Time Passcode again."
