Iwatch not working after swimming in the sea. Any action ?

I when’t swimming with my Appel watch on water mode the I got out to take it off I ejected the water then I died. When I got home I put it on charge I got really hot and now it won’t switch on

A series 6 watch is a couple of years old. You may have damaged the watch's water seals at some point before swimming with the watch. Water damage is not covered by Apple's warranty. A series 6 is also likely out-of-warranty at this point. You can confirm this at an Apple Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized repair shop.
