receiving emails not addressed to me
How can spam emails from '' to 'Fellow Investor' arrive in my iCloud inbox when it is addressed to '', which is not my iCloud address. And how can I stop it?

Blocking does not work. The email keeps changing addresses always addressed or CC’d to “Fellow Investor”. Tried setting up rules under icloud preferences to move all messages addressed or CC’d to “Fellow Investor” to junk but somehow it keeps circumventing the rules. Have been dealing with this for years. Nothing works.
