I took my iphone 11 to an Apple store to be fixed but they could not fix it. I only had it for 1 yr. So I had to do a trade in for another one. I recently went back to the store because i lost my receipt and I needed it. They told me they couldn't give me a receipt and that i needed to get it online.
So, I need a receipt for my trade in.

Look for an email containing an Invoice from no_reply@email.apple.com into your Apple ID email.
You can know it from the invoice you have. The one which was given to you when you made the purchase. If it was from Apple Store you would have received the invoice on your email, provided by you to them while making the purchase.
With online Order Status you can Print an Invoice
