Cant watch apple tv on hisense tv

I also have the same issue... it is not the Apple TV box ....it is the app on the television that is not working

all other streaming services work fine except for Apple TV app. I have deleted the app re-installed it etc...it was working fine then it just stopped saying for me to check my internet connection....

if the phone use vpn then that could explain why it may work, as the appletv box does not support that currently

so if your region does not support appletv+, and the vpn saves your iphone then that could explain it.

I have the same issue, were you able to solve it?

I found your response with he following search, “there's an apple app on my Hisense device, but it only plays promotional content during prime hours.”

This is my same concern, but it works most of the day. During prime time we seem to be cutoff unless we switch to an Apple Device.

I wonder what deal Hisense made with Apple and if this act is intentional. Having spent thousands on Apple content and paying for a digital subscription I expect it to work on devices advertising Apple compatible.

Not really, and apple tv works fine in UAE

No vpn on my phone and no possible IT issue.

It might be related to the vidaa software on the tv.

Can you tell me if it never works or just during prime time?
