Uninstalled Apps still showing up under Login Items>Allowed in Background

I uninstalled a few apps and they still appear under Settings>General>Login Items>Allowed in Background. How do I get rid of them from this list? The app was completely uninstalled.

If you used the installer, it should have removed the background processes unless they were Apple processes that were being called by the App.

Have you restarted?
