I would like to clean up my iCloud as it's full.

I’ve experienced this too. What you can do is open settings then click on yourself. Then click on icloud and then manage storage. Manage your storage from here.

Download All of iCloud:

If you wanted to, you could download all of iCloud, and then trash what is in there. Perform my User Tip: Getting a Quick and Direct "iCloud Drive-to-External Hard Drive" Download - User Tip. You would search for items through use of the Search Bar, located in the top-right corner of your Search Bar.
