I don't know of one.

Apple apparently used to have a rental program with upgrade options for small businesses, but it ended.

Best Buy has a financing program specific to them, where you pay for 36 months. Then if you return the laptop or trade it in, they make the 37th (final) payment for you. But that's a Best Buy program, not an Apple one.

Hi!

You could also try getupgraded.com. (Disclaimer: I'm the CEO/founder)

We have a program with GatorTec https://shop.gatortec.com that is similar to the iPhone Upgrade Program.

We spread the cost of the Mac and AppleCare+ over 36 months, and you have the option to upgrade after 24 payments. Citizens Bank is the lender and AppleCare+ is included.

Here is a write up by Cult of Mac:

I've been a freelancer or founder my whole life and, probably like you, my MacBook is at center of everything I do. I always wanted there to be a MacBook Upgrade Program, so we created it!

Love if you'd be up for checking us out 😊
