Is a scratched MacBook Air screen covered under warranty?

hi, my daughter (3 y.o) scratch my Mac screen(which has basic one year cover), is my cover working in this situation ( change to the same Mac)?

Will Sonny Angel Hippers ruin my MacBook Air screen Hi, it's advisable that cases, keyboard protector and etc shouldn't be placed on the MacBook since it damages it. I was wondering if this also includes sonny angel Hipper? I want to get one but I'm worried that it might damage my laptop. Are you asking is a scratched screen covered under the 1 year warranty? Regardless, owner caused damage is not a covered condition and you just stated your daughter caused the damage.
