Apn settings for qlink wireless

I just got an unlocked iPhone 8 iOS16 from Amazon but I keep getting different apn information, not tech savvy but I think I need LTE INTERNET AND MESSAGES? All it say now is wholesale most of the information is blank, I appreciate anyone who might help shed some light on the subject. Thanks
