Same here but not only internet connection but also cellular network.
I am after two visits in service (problem did not occure during a few minutes of their tests), many many (around 15 or more) calls to support which recomended four hard resets of all settings with not using back ups.
I have presented multiple videos recordings of screen. SIM card is changed for new (also after recomandations), in different devices works properly but not in iPhone 14.
Operator of cellular has prepared a statement that they have checked and made tests and this is clearly not their fault.
2 months lost for trying to find a cause of problem. Many hours given for following unusful tips I have got. Almost every call to support were stopped due to this issue. Also after kind requesta to call back after appearing this connection issue (support workers were promising that they for sure will call back) most of the times DID not call back. So i had to call and wait 20-30 minutes for next worker, explaining one more time what has been done, what is the issue.
Problem still not solved, no one gives a 💩💩💩about it.
Apple has lost their standards. It is hard even to imagine that any company could treat anyone like apple treats me. I am hopless, many times put to cry because of this - with a phone that cannot keep a single call till the end. My case nr is 102137890909 - if someone from Apple would like to read this horror/comedy - feel free and be ashamed that such a terrible service is going on under Apple
