My music app on iPhone 14 will not play about half the songs I have. It says not available in your country or region

Troubleshooting Apple Music:
This Cannot be Recovered:
Sometimes, items are removed from the iTunes Store, and they never become accessible again. That's just the way it is :(
Why the Issue?:
It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Music Studio (something you would have agreed to upon purchasing the music).
