Hello, I'd like to change and buy a new band for my Apple Watch, but the sizes are pretty confusing for me to understand. My apple watch is an SE 40mm, and my band is 41mm (S/M). When I looked on the site to buy myself a new one, the sizes were 38/40/41 (S) and 38/40/41(M). This is what confuses me, I do not know if my band is S or M it says S/M both.

Where do you live? Here in the US, the Nike Sports Band comes in S/M M/L size.

Which band are you specifically looking at? Apple sells a lot of different bands. We can go from there once you reply.
It was a Nike Sports Band the Silicone one with holes
