Wake up alarm on Apple Watch
Hi , recently when my iPhone wake up alarm goes off , and I turn it off , my Apple Watch alarm is still sounding .
how do I synchronise the 2 so that I only have to turn off the phone alert?

Turn off Push Alerts from iPhone.
Then you set alarms either on iphone or direct on the Watch and they don't interact with each other
