Verify that you are using a current version of Chrome or Firefox.
Try the other browser, to see if it behaves differently.
Try a restart of the computer.
Is the error with playback, or even earlier with signing in?
I believe that your AppleTV+ subscription is region-limited. I suspect it took whatever "phone home" system is used a while to recognize your device is not outside the country. However, now that it has, I don't think you'll be able to use it.
Is this about web access through tv.apple.com?
What happens when you try to use the site? Do you get an error message? What does it say?
Yes, Mostly it says "An error occurred. Please try again."
