com.apple.DiskManagement.dis enter error 49153 Disk failed to mount on MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.4

The problem remains unresolved.

I cannot mount the WD drive on this computer running Ventura 13.4. I can mount it on my other computer running Monterey 12.6.5. I am pretty sure that I was able to mount it on this computer originally because then it too was running on an older operating system. I was able to use it in 2019 to create Final Cut Pro video libraries. The oldest files were templates created in 2014.

So, I say again, the problem seems to be with the Ventura 13.4 operating system.

The disk is WD My Passport 260D Media. Info for this disk (from Disk Utility) when running on my Ventura Mac:

Volume name : 4TB for video

When I try to mount it using Disk Utility I still get the same error message:

Could not mount “4TB for video”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49153.)

I tried Running First Aid on “WD My Passport 260D Media” and the operation was successful but still the disk could not be mounted.

Please compare with above and advise. As you can see it is writable when running on Monterey!
