How do I cancel Apple TV subscription if there is no cancel option? It was a free 1 year subscription.

if it was me and one means of cancling did not work as expected then I would try one of the other ones listed
If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
if rather than cancel is say renew when you slide the subscription to left then its already cancelled.
