Does it Read Pending?:

Looking at your Purchase History, does it read "Pending"? If so, the item has yet to be released from the Music Studio. Once released, "Pending" will disappear, and it will work 100%.

No, it does not say “pending”. When I got to Apple support, it’s listed in my purchases for my Apple ID. When I go to the iTunes Store app, and navigate to the album, it shows as already purchased there. It doesn’t show up in my library on my Music App and it doesn’t show up if I go the the Purchased playlist in the music app. It used to. I listen to it all the time. Then yesterday, it wasn’t there and still isn’t there.

I have now done that three times (force restart) and it still doesn't show up on my iPhone. Just to recap, it's on my iPad Pro just fine, it's on my Windows laptop running iTunes just fine, it shows up on my iMac Pro just fine, it shows up on my Playstation 5 just fine, it shows up under my purchases with my Apple ID, and if I go to the iTunes store and navigate to the album, it shows that I've already purchase it.


It does not show up on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and it doesn't show up on my Apple watch. It used to. I listened to this record a ton since I purchased it in February. Anyone have another idea I can try?

I’d shut off Music in the iCloud per-app settings, wait ~30 seconds (to let iCloud chat with itself and catch up with the settings changes), force a restart, re-enable Music app use of iCloud, wait ~30 seconds, and check again.


If that fails, log out of iCloud, wait ~30 seconds, force restart, re-log into iCloud, wait ~30 seconds, and check again.


If that fails, check with Apple Support.
