Beats Solo 4 right ear not working I’ve had my beats for a little over three-ish months now and the right side of them just randomly stopped working. I’ve tried connecting to a different audio source, plugging them in, shutting them down, factory resetting, and re-pairing them to my device. Did you follow of the steps in the support article you arrived here from? If not, you should. If you did, and that didn't help, it may be possible that your Beats are defective ... and should that be the case, since you just got them, you have 14 days to return them for either a full refund or a replacement.
