Unable to Delete Medication from iPhone

The instructions to delete a medication are: Scroll to Your Medications, then tap the medication you want to delete. Scroll to Options, then tap Delete Medication. Tap Delete Medication.

But there are no Options shown when I tap a medication. (I'm running iOS 16.5.)

Is there another way to delete or archive medications.
