My microphone keeps randomly turning on, like in the upper left hand corner of my iPhone 11 where the time is its yellow. Even when I’m on my home screen it still says its on and when I bring up the control center it doesn't say anything about a microphone. I’m very concerned. Any help would be appreciated!

Troubleshooting Automatically-Opening Microphone:
A. Close All Apps:
An app is accessing the camera. So, close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up. Then, close all of these open apps, by sweeping up quickly for all apps.
B. Restart your iPhone, Manually:
