Why can't I connect my phone via bluetooth? Why is the pair not supported?

Bluetooth pairing between any iPhone and a computer has never been supported. What are you trying to accomplish?

wanted to use it as a Bluetooth camera for FaceTime.I give it to use only with a cable.

But that doesn't seem to be possible.
