Hacked iPhone need help

What are your symptoms? It is extremely unlikely that your phone was actually hacked.

Instead, what usually happens is that someone tricks you into providing your login information via a phishing scheme and gains access to your data. 

If you think that this might be the case, change any relevant passwords immediately.
