I was using a trial of BetterMe app and but today my money was deducted from my account so I am requesting a refund.

You can check/cancel subscriptions on your phone at Settings > [name on top] > Subscriptions. Free trials for apps will automatically charge you after the trial ends. You can remove the subscription the day before the trial ends to avoid the charges.
