How do I reconnect my AirPod pros?? I have tried to reset from the instructions I’ve seen online but when I hold the button on the back it just blinks white. I never get it to blink amber. When it reconnects it shows both 100% charged but only the left shows the lightning bolt. When I put them in or check the status in settings it’s only reading the L.

As your AirPods show Connected in the screenshot you provided, the exact steps from How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro appear to not be completed in order:
next to your AirPods, tap Forget This Device, then tap again to confirm.5. Put your AirPods in their charging case, and keep the lid open.
6. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until the status light on the front of the case flashes amber, then white.*
7. Reconnect your AirPods: With your AirPods in their charging case and the lid open, place your AirPods close to your iPhone or iPad. Follow the steps on your device's screen."
You would need to forget the AirPods in the Bluetooth menu before pressing and holding that button, they should not be connected to your device at the time this occurs for the reset to continue.
