Apple Watch | iCloud Forgot Password

Hello Everyone!

I have a apple watch that i forgot the passcode, so i made a factory reset on him.

But i have a bigger problem... I don't remember the iCloud password to connect him to another phone.

It appears the screen that the apple watch it is already locked to another iCloud account.

I have the iphone that had the iCloud(but is not log in with the iCloud account because some way i log out) account and that apple watch was connected, there is any solution to detach the apple watch from that iCloud Account so i can use it again?

Extra: If i try the method to recover password by Apple ID, i don't remember what was the answers for the questions that i chose... so yeah...

Hope someone help me!

Thanks for posting here in Apple Support Communities. As we understand it, you've forgotten the password of your Apple ID. Did you have a rescue email address associated with that Apple ID so that you can change your password? See: Change your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support

You may be able to reset your questions by following these steps: If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support

If none of this works for you, you'll need to start an Activation Lock support request: Turn off Activation Lock

If you're unable to complete steps 1 and 2, the only option would be to request Activation Lock removal. Below is a link that will help you get started on that.

Hi Keisha_Keisha, thank you for your answer.

Well... the Method 1 - I can't recover the password because i don't know the password of my rescue email address.

Method 2 - I need the password to reset the questions.

Method 3 - my question is: If i have the iphone that had the apple watch connected, should i do the Turn off activation Lock request on that iphone? but i don't have the information when i purchase the iphone etc, they might ask that kind of stuff.
