Problems with the keyboard scissors

Hello, I am a user of your 2020 laptop on a Core i5 processor. On Friday the 5 keys stopped working, I know you sued over this keyboard. And you gave a 4 year warranty. What should I do?

Yes, five keys on the keyboard. These are `,1,q,a,z,caps lock
