Unable to access/sign in to a website

I tired to sign in to a website using my Ipad and received the following message:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.chewy.com/app/login" on this server.

Reference #18.1d112817.1686082190.cb1006e

I had access previously, this is a recent issue. Already tried all the recommendations listed as well others that I Googled, none of them worked. What else can be done to resolve this issue?

I have the same issue. It is very frustrating. I had to call to change my autoship. They are able to access my account and I can access through my husband’s phone but not safari or app through my phone.
