I have a 2015 mac which did an update to 12.6.6 now there's no audio or won't play videos and can't view audio, time or wifi on menu bar...

Ventura upgrade hangs for hours, not complete Trying to 'upgrade' my MacBook Pro 16″ (2019) running Monterey 12.6.1 to macOS Ventura 13.1, but hangs at 5 minutes left somehow for hours, and won't finish. I have also tried to 'update' my current Monterey 12.6.1 to macOS Monterey 12.6.2, but similarly hangs at 5 minutes left somehow for hours, and won't finish as well. At a loss of what to do here to update/upgrade my macOS. Anyone have any idea how to remedy this, so I can move forward? Thanks in advance!

Mac mini (Late 2014) very sluggish, is there a firmware I need? I have this old Mac mini (Late 2014) it runs a single app just fine, but add a second one and it gets real pokey and the system stalls and becomes unresponsive as well as both the apps... I sometimes have to force quit all the apps and even the system to get it back going... very frustrating Is there a firmware for this model?I upgraded the operating system to Monterey when this all began to show up, I since downgraded back to Catalina which was an upgrade from High Sierra. I never had any troubles with High Sierra.
