I've been trying to select my audio interface (UAD Apollo) in FCP, to no avail. My stem audio settings are set to this interface, so why doesn't FCP even see it at all? Aren't they supposed to match? I literally can't work at all if I can't hear anything? What on earth am I missing?
Same problem with iMovie, except there isn't even an audio OUT setting area at all.

Does your audio interface work with your mac in other applications?

Yes I tried Audio MIDI Setup. Unfortunately no change.
Yes, my audio interface (UAD Apollo) works with all my other audio apps, such as Cubase, Nuendo, Logic, GarageBand etc
Imovie doesn’t work either though. Exact same driver bug/issue as FCP
FCP Doesn't see my UAD Apollo Interface. No audio at all.
