Is my Macbook pro mid-2015 laptop suppose to be lagging in roblox because a lot of the times it does that too often and the laptop is DDR3 and it has a 16 GB speed. so is that normal for all macbook pros to act that way or not?

A mid 2015 is a bit old. You have enough RAM memory but it could be that the internal SSD is becoming slow due to its age
