is there an adapter for a usb-c charger to use my lightening cables please?

USB-C standards do not recommend the use of simple plug-adapters - as these can introduce incorrect wiring conditions that can cause serious damage to electronics. As such, given the substantial cost of repairs, attempting to use a plug adapter is false economy.
Instead, you simply need to use a USB-C to Lightning cable:
